You can return your purchase in our store or online.


Kræss accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, JCB, Paypal and Mobilepay.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. any VAT.

Kræss uses an approved payment server (Reepay/Billwerk+) that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

When placing an order, we reserve the amount. The amount is only deducted when the order is dispatched or upon collection in our store if Click & Collect is selected.

Delivery when shipping to a parcel shop and private address.

We deliver with GLS to Pakkeshop or your home address.

The shipping price starts from DKK 39, but may vary in relation to weight and size. We have free shipping for buyers over DKK 499 incl. VAT. Some items cannot be delivered, but can only be picked up in our store.

Kræss uses GLS as a supplier of products purchased in the webshop. The delivery time in Denmark is basically 1-3 working days. The delivery time in Europe is usually 2-5 working days. Delivery time to the rest of the world is up to 20 days.

It is your responsibility to keep up-to-date on the shipping company's policy and how and when the package must be picked up or received (not a package shop or home address). You receive an email and SMS when the package can be collected or delivered (Track & Trace). It is not Kræss's responsibility to keep the recipient informed about the delivery of the package if the email and/or phone number is not entered correctly when purchasing on our webshop. Therefore, always remember to check that your information is correct when shopping.

If you have not received an SMS or email from the shipping company no later than 36 hours after completing the purchase on our webshop, please contact us.

If you do not pick up the package at the parcel shop or are at home to receive the package, the package is sent back to Kræss store at Blågårdsgade 17 in Copenhagen. The recipient will receive an email from Kræss when the package is returned to the Kræss store. The package can then be collected in Kræss store within 60 days. The recipient also has the option of having the package resent. The price for return shipping will be in the email and depends on the package's weight and product category.

If you choose to send the package to an address other than your own, it is your responsibility to enter all information correctly.

Pickup in Kræss store (Click & Collect)

It is free to pick up your package in our store at Blågårdsgade 17, 2200 KBH N.

If you choose to collect your package in our store, you will receive an email when you can collect the package in our store. You will receive the email no later than 24 hours after completing the purchase.

You have 60 days to collect your package. If you cannot pick up the package in Kræss within 60 days, please send us an email to

We only deduct the amount for an order when the package has been picked up in our store or automatically after 14 days from placing the order at the earliest.

Reservation for out-of-stock items

Reservation for out-of-stock items.

If you complete a purchase in our webshop and we discover that the product is not in stock anyway, we will refund the amount. Kræss cannot be held responsible for re-acquiring the product so that the order can be completed at a later date.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product/service.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 30 days after the purchase and from the cancellation. You can only return goods that have no visible signs of use, have been used or have damage that means they are no longer salable.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

The condition of the item when you send it back after online purchase

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.

Mediation of sales for designers

Some of our products are unique and are sold by the designer who made and produced it himself. Kræss does not own these products but distributes them only the sale between the Designer (seller) and the Customer (buyer). The designer and his company are the official sellers of the product to the customer. When the purchase is completed in Kræss for such products, the customer receives an invoice from the designer. Kræss handles the mediation if the customer wants the product returned.
