Our normal delivery time is 1-3 business days in most EU countries.
When you buy a design, you can choose where your package should be sent. You can choose to have your parcel sent to a GLS parcel shop near you or to your home address. For some countries we can only to delivery to home adresses.
With Click & Collect, your order is ready for collection within 24 hours of your order
In the Kræss store in Nørrebro, you can also pick up packages you have bought on the Kræss webshop (Click & Collect). If you live close by, it is often easier and faster than standing in the queue at the parcel shop. At the same time, you can experience a world of unique designs in our store (if you have time).
Shipping rates
We deliver with GLS to Pakkeshop or your home address.
Free shipping to Pakkeshop for purchases over DKK 499 (only for Denmark).
The normal shipping price is DKK 39 for jewellery, posters, postcards, perfumes and other light products, but also depends on the quantity and shipping packaging.
On other designs, the price depends on weight and packaging. As a starting point, the shipping price is as follows:

Is your package damaged during shipping?
If the package is damaged during transport, please take out a contract with us. We endeavor to always replace the cost, return and product.
Right of withdrawal and return
There is a 30-day full right of return on goods purchased in our Webshop and Kræss pays for the return shipping.
