Is a design on the webshop also in the store?

Yes. If the design is in stock on the webshop, it is also in the store. However, this does not apply to all posters, some of which must be ordered online before collection in store.

What are my delivery options?

  • You can order with collection in the store (click & collect)
  • We send with GLS to the parcel shop or to your home with a delivery time of 1-3 days.

When can I collect my order after I have ordered with Click & Collect?

We have packed your order after 24 hours at the latest. You will receive an email when the order is ready for collection in the Kræss store.

When can I place my order at the latest when I have ordered with Click & Collect?

You must collect your order within 60 days at the latest.

Why can't you send all large frames?

50×70, A1 and 70×100 frames with real glass are too fragile to send by freight. They can only be collected in our store. We have one frame in 50×70 oak that we can send with freight because it is not made of real glass but with acrylic glass. See the frame here.

I have not received an email with the order confirmation after purchase.

First check your SPAM folder and see if the order confirmation is there. The order confirmation has been sent from mere@kraess.dk. If you can't find the email, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when purchasing. Contact Customer service (here), then we will correct your information and send a new confirmation email.

I made a mistake in my order.
