Kræss was created in 2019 by Erica & Jonatan. The shop opened its doors for the first time on 30 November 2019. At the time, the shop consisted of 14 artists and had 200 works of art.
In August 2020, Kræss expanded the store on Blågårdsgade (Nørrebro) and the store became 3 times bigger. Today there are more than 3,000 unique handmade works of art in the store from 170 Danish artists and just as many beautiful items on the webshop kraess.dk
