You can always return your product in the Kræss store within our opening hours. Find your way here.

If you wish to return the product online (with shipping), please contact kundeservice@kraess.dk. Venligst oplys dit ordre nummer, gerne billede af produktet og at du ønsker at udnytte til fortrydelseret.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will send you a return label. You must print and attach the return label yourself. It is your responsibility to package the order properly so that it is not damaged during the return. Feel free to use the original packaging in which we first sent the order.

Når dit produkt er returneret og vi har modtaget den i Kræss tilbagefører vi dine penge samme dag til din bankkonto (der kan gå nogle dage før at du kan se beløbet på din bankkonto). However, it is required that the product is in the same condition as when you received it and that it has not been damaged during e.g. shipping due to defective packaging (se næste punkt).

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.

  • Send os billeddokumentation af forsendelsen, for pakken og indholdet.
  • Sørg for, at pakkeetiketten er synlig på billedet.
  • Oprettelse af klage og behandling tager ofte 1-3 dage. I travle perioder 4-10 hverdage.
  • Kunden har mulighed for at fremsætte krav om reklamation senest inden for 5 hverdage

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

All purchases in Kræss can be returned after a maximum of 30 days from the purchase or receipt of the package by shipment.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product/service.

If you want to return a product that has no damage or faults, Kræss covers shipping according to the return if the costs do not exceed DKK 100. We do not refund the original shipping fee (if the customer has paid an amount for shipping).
